2021 Domaine Saint-Cyr Moulin-à-Vent "La Bruyère"

First time I opened this bottle, it stayed on my mind for days. Same feeling as leaving a great first date and immediately wondering when you’ll see her again. Brisk purple fruit, crisp structure, just enough tannin to keep things interesting.
